Barbacoa
Barbacoa is a multi-dimensional concept that is more than just a restaurant. Designed by Robert and Martine Castoro in conjunction with Thompson Interiors (2005 National Award Winner for Hotel and Restaurant Design), it’s a museum, an art gallery, and a promise to all of your senses that they all in turn will be touched and stimulated.

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our restaurant. We guarantee you the freshest food, delivered daily to our dock, prepared to your liking. We can prepare a specific meal by request. All our locations are providing a wonderful open-air venue to enjoy the meal all year round, we offer both indoor and alfresco dining and our focus is on serving.

Coa Del Mar showcases fresh seafood flown in daily. We invite you to drift away from the mundane and indulge in the curated cuisine of our water's-edge restaurant. We believe that, landlocked or not, everyone deserves to be served the catch of the day.

In 1994 Robert and Martine Castoro opened the original Ti Amo in Laguna Beach, CA. Martines father gave them the seed money to re-imagine a 1920’s home on Pacific Coast Hwy into an Italian destination restaurant. Martine knew she could make it beautiful with mural and paintings and Robert knew the nuts and bolts of running a restaurant.

The company is known for managing and co-creating unique restaurant, nightlife, and hotel food and beverage brands. It oversees 14 locations in Arizona, Colorado, and Tennessee, and by the end of 2024 will have 18 locations.
